The two new water pumps have arrived!

Today was a good day, because the purchased and modified water pumps have been delivered. A first test run of at least the diesel engine was successful as you can see:

Both water pumps

have arrived in the village. Their task is to transport the water from the river, now 600m away, to the newly planted fields.
Because agriculture cannot function without irrigation.

In order to buy the diesel for the engines, the inhabitants naturally have to trade, for example, the maize they plant.

After all, the project is supposed to be self-supporting at some point in the future, without subsidies or donations. Donations should enable the project to become independent.
