Transparency is important to us. That is why we would like to sign up to the voluntary commitment of the Transparent Civil Society Initiative (ITZ) and have applied to be included in the ITZ list of signatories. Our association is run exclusively by volunteers. There are no staff or personnel costs.
In addition to Markus Dietz and Gerhard Große, who are both authorized to represent the company alone, Tamara Bender and Sonja Große provide the main organizational support.

Since its founding in 2021, our association has been financed solely by donations. Further information from the 2023 general meeting can be found at this link.
96% of the funds were used directly for the project in Kenya, and the documented costs were reimbursed accordingly. Around 4% are material costs incurred by the association for advertising, the website, and fundraising.
The Annual General Meeting on November 30, 2023, in Biberach/Baden approved the discharge of the Executive Board (see minutes).
